There are eight core sessions included in Better Health Company’s program framework that cover a range of nutrition, movement and behaviour change topics. All of our structured programs incorporate three additional components aimed at enhancing the participant experience. This includes:
- Put this into practice: Individualised goal setting approach tailored to the unique needs of each participant. This approach ensures each and every participant embarks on a journey aligned with their specific health objectives.
- Coaching support from health experts: All structured programs incorporate support from our dedicated team of qualified health professionals who foster a supportive and motivating environment.
- Practical tools and resources: This is an added bonus for participants in structured programs, some great tools and resources designed by health our in-house team of health professionals support participants to sustain healthy habits at home.
