Overnight Oats

Cooking time: Overnight
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup reduced fat milk or calcium fortified
soy milk
¼cup reduced fat yogurt
Method:
- Whisk milk and yogurt together
- Mix with oats until well combined.
- Place bowl in the fridge overnight.
- Distribute oats into a jar or bowl.
- Top with your fruit of choice.
Topping ideas
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
1 banana chopped
OR
1 Cup tropical fruit chunks in natural juice (drain juice)
