Designed for those seeking foundational knowledge without pursuing formal accreditation, it covers the coaching relationship, structure, theories, skills framework and healthy lifestyle content. Learners will explore evidence-based coaching tools such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
