Why this course?

Being picky around food is all part of learning to eat, but it can still be frustrating and overwhelming for you to navigate as a parent. We created this course because we understand the frustration of feeding picky eaters and how getting the right help at the right time can be hard. Waiting lists for specialists are often long, and regular appointments can get expensive!

This course has been created by health experts from Better Health Company, including dietitians and health psychologists, with real input from parents and carers with kids who are picky eaters! We’ve got lots of information for you and different things you can try to add more variety to the foods your kids eat.
