Breakfast banana split

Serves: 1 breakfast banana split

Prep time: 5 mins

Ingredients: 

  • ¾ cup low fat yoghurt 

  • ¼ cup wholegrain muesli 

  • 1 medium banana 

  • Fruit of your choice e.g. mixed berries, kiwi, apricot 

Method: 

  1. Peel banana and cut down the centre lengthways, place along the edges of a bowl 

  2. Pour yoghurt in the centre between the two halves of banana 

  3. Top with the muesli and fruit of your choice 

  4. Enjoy your breakfast banana split!
